The Novostavby Krnov project is located in the center of Krnov, between Albrechtická, Mikulášská and Bezručova streets. At the beginning of the unique local story, there were military quarters in Krnov, for Czechoslovak soldiers. In 1968 the were forced to leave. The quarter was, due to normalization, occupied by Soviet military and Czechoslovak soldiers have never come back. Neglected in the past, former military area has been recultivated significantly recently and it is ready for investment construction. The TGA Development s.r.o. company decided to make use of estates and bring the locality back to life. For this purpose, aside from seven apartment residencies with the total capacity of 116 apartments, also a commercial center and extensive parking lots are about to originate.
Construction of the residential project is going to be realized in several stages. In the first stage, the central block will be built, with four apartment houses with the capacity of 52 flats meant for sale only and a three-story commercial building for rent.
